Q : What languages will World of Warcraft be translated into for Europe ?

BI : World of Warcraft will feature a complete translation in French and German. Very few titles in the history of computer games have contained such a large volume of text, and translating the on-screen texts for more than 2000 quests, more than 1000 skills and the tens of thousands of NPCs into both French and German was no small task, but it is nearing completion.

Q: Will you be supporting other languages in Europe besides English, French, and German?

BI: While there will be localized versions of World of Warcraft in French and German, there will also be English language versions available with fully translated boxes and manuals in Italian and Spanish. But that’s not all! The team of Blizzard Europe already comprises more than 10 nationalities from all over Europe, and as the team grows, so will more and more countries of origin be added to the mix. For the player, this means that even though we officially only provide support for English-, French-, and German-speaking players, chances are we will be able to help you even if you don’t speak any of these languages very well.

Q: Why should I choose the Hunter class in World of Warcraft?

BI: The Hunter is a vicious damage dealer. With their ability to pull extremely well and hit monsters hard from far away, they certainly help take down monsters more quickly. Their pets add to the damage count and can aid somewhat in managing monster aggro. The variety of traps this class can set allows the Hunter to control crowds to an extent, as well. With the deadly combination of their extreme range, decent damage, and trap capability, Hunters are the perfect pullers for any group.

Q: What are the special pets included with the collector's edition of World of Warcraft?

Q: Are Infernals and Doom Guards in World of Warcraft?

BI: The two most powerful warlock pets are mighty demons that can barely be controlled by the summoner. The Infernal and Doom Guard can be summoned, but are aggressive against all players when they first appear. In order for the Warlock to control the demon, he must successfully cast the spell Enslave Demon. But these mighty hellspawns will never fully be tamed and can break free of the warlock's spell at any moment.
