Customer and Technical Support - French

Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for French speaking Technical Support Representatives.

Our Technical Support department assists customers with their technical-related issues, over the phone, via e-mail and on the forum, in addition to answering questions about Blizzard Entertainment products.

Location: Velizy, France (southwest of Paris)
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer all technical incidents via email, telephone and forums
  • Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly
  • Make a weekly report to the Senior team member
  • From customer incidents, identify recurrent bugs and include them in the weekly reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Previous experience in Online / Web / MMORPG activities and/or experience interacting with customers
  • Strong technical skills
  • Strong motivation and high level of commitment
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Autonomy and rigor are requested
  • MAC experience

PLUSES

  • MMORPG experience
  • Knowledge of another European language
  • Experience in phone support
  • Fluency in Italian
