Customer and Technical Support - Russian
Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for Russian speaking Technical Support Representatives.
Our Technical Support department assists customers with their technical-related issues, over the phone, via e-mail and on the forum, in addition to answering questions about Blizzard Entertainment products.
Position based in Velizy, France (southwest of Paris) (a relocation package will be provided)
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer all technical incidents via email, telephone and forums
- Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly
- Make a weekly report to the Senior team member
- From customer incidents, identify recurrent bugs and include them in the weekly reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian
- Previous experience in Online / Web / MMORPG activities and/or experience interacting with customers
- Strong technical skills
- Strong motivation and high level of commitment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Autonomy and rigor are requested
- MAC experience
PLUSES
- MMORPG experience
- Knowledge of another European language
- Experience in phone support
- Fluency in Italian
