Customer and Billing Support - Spanish
Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for Spanish Billing Service Representatives.
Our account services department assists customers with their billing-related issues, over the phone, and via e-mail, in addition to answering questions about Blizzard Entertainment products.
Location: Velizy, France (southwest of Paris)
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service and provide assistance to inquiries and/or issues on consumer products and customer accounts over the phone and e-mail
- Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly
- Provide customers information on account status, transactions, and billing issues they may have.
- Make a weekly report to the team Senior
- Report bugs: from customer incidents, identify recurrent bugs and include them in weekly reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Previous experience in Online / Web / MMORPG activities and/or experience interacting with customers and handling credit-card transactions
- EA strong motivation & high level of commitment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
- Autonomy and rigor are requested
- Computer experience
PLUSES
- MMORPG experience
- Knowledge of another European language
- Experience in phone support
