New StarCraft: Ghost Trailer
Check out a brand new trailer from StarCraft: Ghost featuring new single-player and multiplayer footage from the game. If you’ve ever wondered why the Terran Ghost is considered to be the deadliest commando in the Terran armed forces, you’ll want to be sure to watch this trailer. In it, Nova infiltrates a Terran compound and wreaks havoc throughout their facilities, commandeering multiple vehicles such as the new Grizzly transport, the formidable Arclite siege tank, and even a Terran marine power suit. In-Depth Preview of World of Warcraft Board Game
Fantasy Flight Games has posted a detailed preview of World of Warcraft: The Board Game. This preview answers a number of questions that World of Warcraft players and board-game aficionados alike might have about the game. The boardgame will be available in Europe soon, so check out the new preview here. (The French and German translations of the World of Warcraft: The Board Game are planned for 2006)

World of Warcraft Music Featured in Concert Series
Starting in North America in spring/summer 2006 and then moving to Europe, Asia, South America, Australia, and New Zealand, music from World of Warcraft will be among the selections performed in "Play! A Video Game Symphony." This symphony world tour will feature world-class orchestras and choirs in a live concert series performing music from different video games. World of Warcraft launches in region of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau
World of Warcraft has officially launched in the region of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Players in these territories can now purchase the game, create their accounts, and then log on to experience the epic adventure of the Warcraft series. The commercial launch of World of Warcraft in the region of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau follows a highly successful open-beta period. During the open-beta test, World of Warcraft reached a peak concurrency of more than 140,000 players, with a total open-beta base of more than 800,000 players. Worldwide, the game now has a total of more than 4.5 million subscribers, which is expected to grow with the rollout in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. BlizzCon Invitational Wrap-up
The inaugural BlizzCon Invitational has completed with Yellow winning the StarCraft tournament, and Grubby taking home the "W" in Warcraft III. The turnout and interest in the BlizzCon Invitational was fantastic and we hope that all of the gamers who attended enjoyed watching these two phenomenal matches.

New Warcraft III Bonus Map - Extreme Candy War 2005
Extreme Candy War 2005 is the latest version of Blizzard's Halloween map where Alliance and Horde fight it out on the battlefield. Fans of World of Warcraft will undoubtedly feel at home as ECW '05's heroes are based off their respective classes. The object is to crush your opponent's Candy Mages who channel an invulnerable shield around their Candy Vault. Once the Candy Mages are down, destroy their Candy Vault to win! This year's version features updated hero abilities, new items, and faster paced gameplay.
